Located on the ground floor of Casa Sesta Presa, the Magoga Apartment is a functional and welcoming solution, ideal for couples or a couple with a child.
The apartment is arranged with a living area featuring kitchenette and dining space, and a sleeping area with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed if needed, plus a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, American and Italian coffee machine, as well as a wide range of cookware and utensils.
All accommodations offer individually controlled air conditioning, WiFi connection and television. Baby set available on request.

| Minimum stay | During high season, apartments are rented on a weekly basis. In other periods, the length of stay is available upon request. |

A baby set with cot, crib and highchair is available free of charge upon request. |
| Extra charges | Final cleaning, weekly fee: €50 for the Magoga apartment, €80 for all other apartments. Jolly Room: final cleaning included. Additional guest in an extra bed or sofa bed, where available: €25 per day. |
| Payment | A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The balance of the total amount must be paid 21 days before the arrival date (three weeks). Payments must be made by bank transfer. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. |
| Cancellation Policy | In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply: – up to 120 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total stay will be retained – from 119 to 22 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be retained – within 21 days prior to the arrival date (three weeks), 100% of the total stay will be retained |
| Tourist tax | A municipal tourist tax applies for guests aged 6 and over, in the amount of €1,10 per person per day (maximum 10 days). The tax is subject to possible legal changes. |
| Arrival and Departure | Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Check-out is by 9:30 am, subject to inspection of the accommodation. |
| Number of beds | The number of guests in each apartment may not exceed the number of available beds. |
| Dogs | At Agriturismo Sesta Presa we are pleased to welcome guests travelling with their dogs. Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed, up to a maximum weight of 20 kg. For larger dogs, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance to check availability. The presence of dogs must be communicated at the time of booking. To ensure the well-being of the dogs and the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask you to observe a few simple rules of coexistence, respecting shared spaces and the peaceful atmosphere of the property. Dogs may stay inside the apartments under the responsibility and care of their owners. Outdoors, in common areas and in the garden, dogs must always be kept on a leash. We kindly ask guests to take dogs outside the black sliding gate, beyond the property fence, for their needs. Should a dog soil the garden, guests are requested to clean up immediately using the provided scoop and dispose of the waste in the designated container located at the back of the property. For the dogs’ own well-being and to avoid disturbing other guests, please do not leave dogs alone in the accommodation, especially if they suffer from separation anxiety and may bark. We are confident that, thanks to everyone’s cooperation, it will be possible to enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay in harmony with the natural surroundings. |
| Bicycles | Guests are liable for any possible damage or theft of the bicycles at 90.00 Euros per bike. |
| Waste disposal | Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. They are responsible for removing waste. |
