Nestled within the beautiful Veneto countryside, Casa Sesta Presa is a family owned farmhouse, two kilometers from the town center and three kilometers from the sandy beaches of the popular seaside resort Caorle.
The land has been in the Chiggiato family since 1910 who farm it mainly for corn, soya, chard and wheat.
The original farmhouse on the banks of the river Livenza has been lovingly restored and offers five fully fitted comfortable apartments all equipped with air conditioning. A perfect retreat for friends or families with children as well as four legged friends who will adore the Bau-Bau Beach for a good run.

The large fenced in and very safe 5000sqm garden is fully equipped for al fresco dining and BBQs.
We have bicycles for our guests to explore the surrounding countryside and lagoon with many cycling paths running directly from the house.

Historic Venice is less than an hour by car or train. Other cultural highlights such as Trieste, Aquileia or Portogruaro are in close proximity as well.

And last but not least at Casa Sesta Presa we love the environment and use alternative energy wherever possible.
